THE CRAFTY CRAFT:
We use a high-airflow roasting method that boosts the beans’ natural sweetness for a smooth, clean cup. During this process, the chaff - the thin skin on the bean - gets lifted off and removed. In regular roasting, that skin usually burns onto the bean, which can give the coffee a slightly burnt or acidic edge. By taking it away, our air-roasted beans taste purer and sweeter.

THE CAFFEINE CRAFT:
Testing shows each espresso comes in at 124mg of caffeine from an 18g dose - around 50% stronger than your usual 63mg espresso. So it’s one of the UK’s strongest 100% Arabica coffees. And thanks to the quality of the Arabica beans, that extra kick comes through as a clean, steady boost of energy.

The best bit? The beans are naturally low in acidity and packed with antioxidants, making them a great fit for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. They’re also loaded with CGA polyphenols at 356mg per 100ml - basically natural plant compounds that help protect your cells and support overall immunity.

WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?
It’s got a creamy, buttery feel with a touch of chocolate and a natural sweetness running through it. The roast lands at medium-dark without any bitterness, and the taste strength comes in at about 3.5 out of 5.
